A detailed course in making ceramics using a pottery wheel; For beginners; 8 classes in total.
Service Description
Price: $510.00+tax for a total of 8 classes - each 1.5 / 2 hours long. This is an *8 session course* targeted to those who are new to the pottery wheel. Each session will be one on one with the instructor, where we will carefully show you everything you need to know. For someone who doesn't have experience working with the pottery wheel it is important to take multiple classes, as one session is not enough time to learn all of the techniques to create a professional piece. Those who complete this course are then welcome to join our membership for more practice. Please note that we only have two wheels at this time, and so space is limited. For this reason the deposit for this course is non-refundable, and cancelations must be done 48 hours before the scheduled session, or you will be charged a fee. There are a variety of days and times to book sessions, however, if you are having difficulty finding times that match your schedule, please do not hesitate to reach out! we are sure we can work something out that suits you! All sessions must be completed within a maximum of two months. Any cancellation made with less than 48 hours' notice will count as a completed session.

Deposits are non-refundable, but with proper notice your session may be rescheduled based on availability. Pottery & Kiln Disclaimer Working with clay is a handmade artistic process, and each piece is unique. Once items are fired in the kiln, unexpected changes may occur in color, texture, glaze, or structure.Because of the unpredictable nature of ceramics and kiln firing, we cannot guarantee that every piece will turn out exactly as expected. Piece Pickup Policy Completed pottery pieces will be stored at the studio for up to one month after completion. If pieces are not picked up within that time, they may be donated or recycled to help us manage studio space responsibly. Studio Environment Respect, kindness, and care for the studio environment are essential to us. We ask all guests to help us maintain a peaceful, welcoming, and creative atmosphere for everyone sharing the space.
